Stupid sick stuff

It's been two weeks and I can still tell that I was sick. It's not that I'm not better, it's that I'm not better enough. Geez. When will this end?

I'm amusing myself by trying to figure out how much hardware Robert Mugabe really has at his disposal in Zimbabwe. Where the hell did he get the money to pay for all of that? Or is China playing games with funding again?

If what you had was the nasty flu that has also been making the rounds here, it not only lingers, but takes ages to completely recover from. I have some colleagues who aren't 100% even though they're no longer ill, and haven't been for a month. Taking it easy seems to be the only treatment, unfortunately, as a couple of acquaintances who were ill and pushed themselves a little too hard during recovery ended up with relapses.
