We're Suing!

danalwynIn other news, California appears to be suing the US government, because the EPA is preventing the state of California from enacting stricter emissions control standards for vehicles than the national plan.
I don't see the problem with enacting stricter standards, as it does not invalidate the EPA's original plan (in fact, it improves it), and it will only harm some people in Detroit, who have shown themselves incompetent at making and/or marketing cars in the first place.
I may not like the Governator very much, but I hope that we win. We need all the fuel efficiency we can get.
