I have a new personal record. I have now driven 950 miles solo in one day.

I could have made a thousand if I had not had to make a phone call in the evening, forcing me to stop in Winnemucca.

I expect that I am no longer fully sane, but I am back in San Diego, which will do in a pinch.

They would not have fit in the car, which contained all my worldly belongings.

Although I might have been persuaded to throw some out for the right person.
