A Reminder That Is Too Late Is Simply Guilt

So, if you are American, hopefully you have done your civic duty. It's probably too late now, but you never know. And if you missed this election day, you can always make it up by annoying your local government in person. It's what I do.

We didn't have any local elections. Does that mean I vacuously satisfied my civic duty (since I voted in all of the elections I was eligible for), or that I didn't fulfill my civic duty, since I didn't vote in anything?

I'm not sure, but I usually error on the side of feeling good about what went down.
