Storm Coming

Well, we're actually getting a warning about storms this week. Like weather with real rain. Like, water from the sky or something. I mean we've actually had decent amounts of rain, and we're going to get more.

I am unusually excited for this event. Considering the massive drought we are still in, that's probably understandable.

I am thrilled that you're getting rain. Hopefully it will be protracted and not destructive, so as to finally break that dreadful drought.

Well, it will probably be destructive when it hits, but hopefully the benefit will outweigh it.

Right now we're projected to get about a quarter of our yearly rainfall tomorrow so I doubt the storm sewers will be ready to handle it.
