In which I write nothing

Nothing to report here, so I don't know why I'm reporting it.

I did manage to dissemble part of the console to my car in the parking lot of the local mall in attempt to get the car started. Besides being forced to spend $8.07 on a nut driver from Sears, I managed to prove my Experimentalist credentials, and, while being forced to kneel on a wet parking lot while it was raining on me, get my car started without having to resort to calling a tow truck. So I suppose that's a good thing for me.

My posting and updating schedule will probably be a bit erratic for my LJ for a bit. I finally started on my writing project that I've been planning since June (NaNoWriMo has nothing to do with this). I realized that I was draining most of the life out of it, and I would probably plan it forever. The urge, that sudden push to get started, and to do this project now, had already drained out of me. Now that I've started the going's been kind of slow, it hasn't been as fun as I expected. I hate it when that happens.

But today it started to pick up. Despite car trouble and shopping trouble both, I've managed to get out some 6,000 words today, and I still have time left. Maybe I can do even more tomorrow (ha!). At this rate I might be done by the time I graduate (2009).

Well, that's all I'm going to give you for now. Maybe something thoughtful tomorrow.

I hate it when I'm forced to purchase a nut driver from Sears. I prefer to get my nut drivers from Nut Drivers Backwards R Us. Much better selection.
