Radio's all right, but they're giving out news bulletins instead of useful information. People want to know if their area code is set to evacuate, if they should evacuate, or how they'll be contacted prior to evacuation. They want to know about the nearest evacuation center, and the progress of the fire, and how much danger their houses are in.
The news centers are telling us that there is lots of fire and houses are burning. It's not entirely helpful right now.
