The thing about dan stories is that they start out so innocuously that you think they're going to be a regular LJ entry about our favourite Physics student's life. And then suddenly...they're not. But the problem is, by that time your brain has already tagged it as real and you have trouble making the shift. And then you get ALL MESSED UP.
