Oh, I'm fine. The grill was just hotter than I thought it was - much hotter. And the surface I ended up grabbing onto was hotter than I thought it was.
I didn't notice it for a while, but it started hurting after a few minutes. I realized then that I have this groove on my finger, kind of like the indentation you press your finger against the edge of a ruler. It means that my fingerprints have this strange mark in them like a scar, and it obscures the central whorl. I just thought it was sort of neat. If you had the dedication you could probably erase all the identifying marks of your fingerprints and then grow them back before the cops got a hold of you.
It's not something I recommend though. I just thought the effect was kind of neat.
