We're Winning the War on Terror

It's the five year Iraq anniversary, and if you've read any part of Bush's speech, you know how our Commander-in-Chief feels about this. And because of this, you get random, half-coherent ranting.

It galls me to admit that Bush is right about one thing; in the past years we have won a strategic victory in the War on Terror. Well, that's not the part that galls me. What galls me is that he clearly has no idea why.
