Back again

I'm back from a brief trip up to Berkeley. Bah, Berkeley. Got to see my brother though.

My father, however, is trying to adopt a low-carb, low-sodium, and preferably low-fat diet. Do any of you household geniuses out there (of whom there are a great many on my FL) have a good site to recommend that would let us know what he can eat that doesn't taste like cardboard?

Besides broccoli. We already know all about that one.
