Well, I suppose the good news is that the British Parliament has rebuked Cameron, and Obama will at least ask the American Congress, so there's some waiting involved.
I'm probably more hawkish than you, but this rush to get things started, without waiting for even those people who know Syria to suggest alternatives, bothers me greatly.
