...So, if California sinks, and I'm a California resident living in Virginia, woll my residency to California no longer apply? Could I become a Virginia resident without being screwed over any more than I already have been?


And I'm willing to bet Californians are as jaded about earthshakes as we on the East Coast are about hurricaines. They're never a problem until they occur.
