Life on the Internet will certainly harden you against lame, generic insults like "Catholics ar all pedrophiles", "go have some more pocheen you Paddy bitch", "managed to sell your virginity yet you gargantuan obese slut" and the like, not to mention insulting little pictures and scat porn posted instead of a rational argument.

Course, my own pet theory is that the Internet gets away with being so unregulated because few people take it seriously as a news resource.
